She has been a director in the hospitality and banking sectors for more than 30 years. He has more than 15 years of experience working with sustainability and circular economy. Trained for boards of directors by Garrigues in 2020 and has an Executive MBA from IE. She is a WAS Partner (Women Action Sustainability) since 2021.

His passion is providing profitable operations and creating the foundation for future achievement. It has implemented new agile payment software to improve the end-customer experience and automated accounting software to create the foundation for a significant expansion of our business in 2022.
For the past 18 years, he has specialized in business management, financial management and business development. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He was certified as a CFO by the London Business School in 2021.

Her passion is healthy food. He has designed several recipes and periodically reviews the execution of the kitchen to guarantee quality food production.
His restaurant has been mentioned in the Michelin Guide for more than 10 years and has received two Repsol suns. He has received awards such as: “Chef of the Year 2021” in Madrid Fusión for his ability to see all the gastronomic possibilities of the plant world and endow it with great value, “Best Chef” for 100 Origin in 2019, “Honorable Mention” in Cuisine by the Royal Academy of Gastronomy of Spain and “Grand Prix au chef de l’Avenir Award” by the International Academy of Gastronomy.
Catering Spain was born with the vision of being the benchmark in quality in the field of catering for high-value companies. IE Business School is our first major client, thanks to which we learn to provide services in eight different locations offering services to a mostly international public.
The Lázaro Galdiano Museum becomes our emblematic place for holding events for large companies and people recognized with magnitude and influence.
We carry out important events such as the celebration of the Alfaguara Awards, the summer flamenco concerts and the official celebration of the Embassies of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
We signed agreements with McKinsey & Company S.L. to manage your dining room and catering services and to plan and carry out your most important social events, respectively.
The JTB travel agency with 30,000 employees chooses us to plan, coordinate and hold its Congress in its location with the highest concentration of tour operators in the world. We had the pleasure of organizing gala dinners at the Palacio de Neptuno and the Royal Tapestry Factory with the aim of promoting Madrid as a tourist destination and highlighting the values and hospitality of Spain.
We began to collaborate with Sony Music Spain in the presentation of several albums by national artists, such as Melendi (“Take off your glasses”), in Faro de Moncloa; C. Tangana (“Ídolo”), in Unonueve and Amaral (“Superluna”), at the Royal Observatory of Madrid.
The Ministry of Agriculture trusts us for the “Gastronomy Innovation” and “Best Foods in Spain” awards, naming the best oils, cheeses and hams in the country. Likewise, we made the presentation of the “Jabugo” brand.
We launched a new restaurant concept for companies with the opening of our first cafeteria on Paseo de Recoletos in Madrid. We signed a commercial contract with the French institution Casa de Velázquez as its main catering provider in its historic building in Moncloa in Madrid. We are restructuring the company to adapt our business model as a consequence of the restrictions caused by COVID-19.
We develop the concept of restoration for companies, improving the health and well-being of diners.
We achieved the BCorp international sustainability certificate as a result of our efforts.
